Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype disruptive solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation workshops with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or blockchain
- Strong understanding of venture capital and tech investment landscapes
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
