Your expertise will shape product roadmaps, secure cutting-edge patents, and position InnovateHorizon as an industry pioneer in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, bio-AI, neurotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in blockchain and metaverse ecosystems
- Present futuristic technology briefings to Fortune 500 clients and UN innovation committees
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026 tech frameworks (minimum 15 patents/year)
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 5-year horizon planning success
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Published author in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation (portfolio review required)
- Active membership in World Economic Forum Global Futures Council
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python (for global stakeholder engagement)
- Top-secret clearance or equivalent for defense tech collaboration
