Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Analyze emerging tech disruption vectors and quantify market impact for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry consortia for R&D acceleration
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-focused design thinking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two convergence domains (AI/quantum, biotech/digital, etc.)
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, WFS) or equivalent strategic foresight methodology
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to global market entry
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, STEEP)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Strategy
