- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry standards dialogues
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile adoption of next-gen methodologies
- Analyze geopolitical tech policies to mitigate risks and identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech architecture for enterprise environments
- Certified in agile frameworks (SAFe/LeSS) and technology forecasting
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams (APAC/EMEA/AMER)
