- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead research on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Drive strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley and global innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Horizon Academy program
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through federal and private grants
- Publish white papers on tech ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- PhD in emerging tech or equivalent industry disruption experience
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or equivalent
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams to 100+ members
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant applications
- Speaker at Web Summit or similar global tech conferences
