Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, AR, decentralized systems)
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities in climate tech and human augmentation
- Deliver executive-level strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Cultivate an innovation ecosystem through startup partnerships and academic collaborations
- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using predictive modeling frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with 5+ years in futurism or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
