- Secure $2M+ annual innovation grants from public/private sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Published thought leadership on future trends (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience scaling exponential technologies from prototype to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of securing >$5M in innovation funding
- Fluency in at least two future-tech programming languages
- Portfolio of implemented future-state solutions with measurable impact
