Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Architect annual innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation cycles
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic foresight work
