Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to build organizational resilience
- Design and implement innovation pipelines translating future insights into commercial ventures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future needs
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation management
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend modeling
