Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for business continuity and innovation pipelines
- Design strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Present futures intelligence to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Publish thought leadership on disruptive technologies and their implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research projects or published foresight work
