Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and global megatrends to forecast market disruptions through 2026

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into competitive advantages
- Author high-impact trend reports published in partnership with World Economic Forum
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related business risks
- Mentor a global team of futurists and data scientists using proprietary predictive analytics platforms
- Secure patents for breakthrough methodologies in horizon scanning and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption and market evolution
- Strong network with academic futurists and industry innovation labs
- Track record of translating foresight into commercially implemented strategies
