- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify and build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Lead the creation of future-proof business models and competitive advantage frameworks
- Present strategic insights to boards and investors through compelling visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation strategy implementations
