Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Author white papers and predictive models published in journals like Future Studies Review
- Build cross-disciplinary labs connecting academia, startups, and enterprise R&D
- Mentor teams in scenario planning and antifragile strategy development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive models that accurately forecasted major tech disruptions
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record advising C-suite on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or foresight publications
- Experience designing innovation ecosystems for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent methodology mastery
- Exceptional ability to translate complex systems into actionable executive insights
