Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing next-generation solutions
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future market disruptions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills with proficiency in predictive modeling
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS from Association of Professional Futurists)
