Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Champion design thinking methodologies across product development teams
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven market impact
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS certification preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $10M+ budgets
- Strong proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy)
