Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends to inform 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in emerging markets
- Advortise C-suite on regulatory implications of exponential technologies
- Build a global network of futurists and domain experts for trend validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready organizational frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures narratives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
