- Translate foresight insights into actionable product and service roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling narratives to drive organizational alignment and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or emerging tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Experience with agile and design thinking frameworks
