Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify 2026+ opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with future market demands
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and competitive intelligence reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof product roadmaps
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, predictive analytics platforms)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025-2030 trend predictions with validated outcomes
