Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
