Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to align innovation priorities
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Design and publish annual 'Future State' reports distributed to industry stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPI tracking
- Represent the firm at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shaping Tomorrow)
- Experience managing remote teams and global stakeholder networks
