Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish annual Future Outlook reports with data-driven predictions for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligning R&D investments with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Generative AI, Web3, Neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategy frameworks
