- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
