- Develop multi-horizon strategic scenarios (2026-2035) using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and next-gen energy systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities and risks
- Produce executive foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and exponential growth tracking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from foresight.org) preferred
