Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Measure and forecast adoption curves for emerging technologies across vertical markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-proofing initiatives with measurable ROI
