Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic projections for AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities and market entry strategies
- Curate and host executive futurespectives with industry leaders and academic pioneers
- Establish metrics to track emerging trend adoption and innovation ROI
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate innovation
- Published futurist author or TED-level speaker preferred
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across Fortune 500 organizations
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., ACIF/ACF) or equivalent
