- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation pipelines aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities/threats in next-generation markets
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist forums as thought leader
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to execution
