Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to map innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead moonshot projects exploring quantum computing, neurotech, and climate solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present trend insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build external innovation networks with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-prediction accuracy and innovation impact
