Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026+ horizons
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development roadmaps
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in foresight strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
