Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all departments
- Quantify future market potential through data-driven foresight modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, Web3, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
