- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused product architects and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product leadership with demonstrable impact in emerging tech or R&D environments
- Deep expertise in foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record launching category-defining products with 5+ years market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Mastery of AI/ML applications, quantum computing principles, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating products addressing societal challenges (sustainability, accessibility)
- Certification in Design Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
