Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports identifying emerging trends and disruptive risks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating futuristic concepts into MVP prototypes
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and quantum research institutions
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems integration
- Present executive briefings to board members on market disruption scenarios
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design and rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized innovations in AI, biotech, or climate tech sectors
- Certifications in Design Thinking (IDEO), Agile Scrum, or Technology Strategy
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or EU Horizon programs
