Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario-planning documents for C-suite audiences
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
