Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic vision for AI, biotech, and space colonization verticals
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech integration
- Present quarterly trend briefings to C-suite and board members
- Secure partnerships with MIT Media Lab, ESA, and quantum computing pioneers
- Mentor innovation fellows in speculative design and scenario planning
- Author annual 'State of the Future' industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership on singularity economics or post-scarcity models
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized governance
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Portfolio of launched ventures with $50M+ valuation impact
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
