As a key member of our Innovation Catalyst Division, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, emerging startups, and global think tanks to decode emerging trends, develop adaptive frameworks, and pioneer next-generation business models. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion-dollar decisions across technology, sustainability, and human augmentation sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive forces, emerging technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Design and execute bespoke innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration domains
- Facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-proof organizational capabilities
- Develop predictive analytics models using proprietary future-simulation platforms
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at Davos-level summits
- Oversee cross-functional teams of data scientists, anthropologists, and technologists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 100 exposure
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios adopted by industry leaders
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable development frameworks
