Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 market opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Advise product teams on long-term R&D priorities and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting technology adoption and regulation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling tools
