- Produce annual Future State Reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Identify and vet disruptive startups and partnerships for competitive advantage
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state forecasts (2018-2023)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
