Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a portfolio of 8-12 high-impact client engagements annually
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a future-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies required
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend analyses
