Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare organizational strategies for future uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and future-state roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies and their commercial applicability
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptive strategy implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into revenue-generating initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
