Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to inform strategic foresight
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging business models, technologies, and competitive threats with 3-5 year horizons
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate strategy with proven 2026+ horizon planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic pivots
