Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author white papers and industry reports on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on AI governance or biotech disruption
- Experience with Delphi studies or horizon scanning frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Assessment, or related field
