Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Design quantitative forecasting models using Python, R, and proprietary trend-analysis platforms
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board presentations
- Mentor junior strategists while establishing thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with demonstrable 2020-2025 impact
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching) and data visualization
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or systemic change
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and disruption scenarios
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ enterprise-level future strategy implementations
