Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps for emerging markets
- Lead high-impact workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify market potential and ROI for innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published work in futurism journals or industry publications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
