- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for Fortune 500 C-suite partnerships
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' whitepapers with 3-year impact forecasts
- Manage $1.5M innovation portfolio with KPI-driven governance
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and MIT Future Conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
