Responsibilities

- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario narratives for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term market evolution
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes or policy impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend mapping frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization and executive communication
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Global network of industry futurists and academic researchers
