Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing and synthetic biology applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports for executive board and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Represent company at global foresight forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ planning experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Proven track record of translating foresight into profitable business initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
