- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into long-term business planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, metaverse ecosystems)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future-proofing practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or thought leader in futurism/innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
