Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design scenario-planning models for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead executive workshops translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Advocate for ethical futures thinking in client innovation pipelines
- Manage cross-functional research teams analyzing exponential technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or futurist analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executive strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for presenting future visions to diverse audiences
