Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Site Preparation: Set up work areas, organize tools, and ensure job sites are clean and safe for all personnel.
- Material Handling: Transport and handle electrical materials, equipment, and supplies safely to and from job sites.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients to explain basic project details and maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and reading blueprints or schematics.
