Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, framers) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging, or assisting with concrete pouring.
- Ensure all safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements are strictly followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio job sites.
