Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Report project progress and material needs to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments in varying weather
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- No felony convictions related to theft or violence
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
